At Origina, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your products will reach you.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹199.

  • For orders below ₹199, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 will apply.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

In case your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or absence at the time of delivery:

  • The order will be returned to us.

  • We will contact you to reattempt delivery (additional charges may apply).

🔁 Shipping During Returns

  • If you’re returning an item (as per our return policy), shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
